GOAL

Inspired by the rising problem of young consumers, especially young girls and women, who frequently buy fast fashion without considering the short and long term consequences of settling for cheap, convenient clothing, we designed this exhibit to inspire young consumers to rethink their relationship with their clothing to embrace a more conscious consumer mentality. The Conscious Consumer Club is a lively, engaging and fun space for young consumers to learn about the effects of fast fashion, to reflect on their personal relationship with their clothes and to join the movement toward adopting a more caring attitude toward the life span of their clothing.
